**OPP NEWS RELEASE**

On February 27, 2020 at approximately 10:17 a.m., members of the Matheson Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a multi-vehicle collision on Highway 11, in Benoit Township.

 

As a result of the investigation. Jordan CLARKE, 28-years-old, of Port Sydney, Ontario has been charged with Dangerous operation causing death, contrary to section 320.13(3) of the Criminal Code (CC).

 

The accused was released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on July 14, 2020 in Timmins.
