**CITY OF TIMMINS NEWS RELEASE**

Earlier this year, the City of Timmins received a grant through the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs’ Mainstreet Revitalization Initiative for the installation of two TIMMINS signs. The first sign has been installed at the Timmins Museum: National Exhibition Centre. The sign is located in a photo friendly environment and it intended for the public to interact in a safe space where “selfies” can be shared on social media.
