**TIMMINS POLICE SERVICE NEWS RELEASE**


The Timmins Police Service arrested three local persons on the strength of arrest warrants stemming from separate incidents yesterday.
While attending at the scene of a trespassing complaint at a Schumacher residence during the late morning hours of Tuesday, September 24th, a Timmins Police Service officer recognized one of the persons involved as being a person who is allegedly wanted on the strength of an Arrest Warrant issued by the Provincial Court in Timmins. The person was interviewed by the officer in order to confirm the validity of the warrant. .

Once the warrant was confirmed, Manon LEVESQUE, 31, of Timmins, Ontario, was taken into police custody and held for a bail hearing slated for this morning at Provincial Court in Timmins to answer to the original charges laid against the person.

Later that same day, a Timmins Police Service officer was completing patrols of the downtown core when the officer recognized a man as being a person who is allegedly wanted on the strength of an Arrest Warrant issued by the Provincial Court in Timmins. The man was interviewed by the officer while the validity of the warrant was being confirmed. Once confirmed, Glen SUTHERLAND, 38, of Timmins, Ontario, was taken into police custody and held for a bail hearing slated for this morning at Provincial Court in Timmins to answer to the original charges laid against the person.

Later on that same day and while completing patrols of the north end of the city, a Timmins Police Service officer recognized a pedestrian as being a person who is allegedly wanted in relation to a Breach of Recognizance occurrence. The person was interviewed by the officer while the grounds for an arrest were determined. As a result, a 14 year old person from Timmins was taken into police custody and held for a bail hearing slated for this morning at Provincial Court in Timmins to answer to the original charges laid against the person.
