**KIRKLAND LAKE OPP NEWS RELEASE**

On November 27, 2018 shortly after 12:00 p.m., members of the Kirkland Lake Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), responded to a call for a motor vehicle collision on Highway 11 in Otto Township, Ontario involving three commercial vehicles.

Further investigation revealed that all three commercial vehicles collided while travelling southbound.

Highway 11 was open to one lane only during clean-up and investigation; it was fully re-opened at approximately 4 p.m.

The drivers of the three commercial vehicles didn’t suffer any injuries.

Harwinder SINGH, 31-years-old, of Montreal Quebec was charged with Careless Driving, Contrary to section 130 of the Highway Traffic Act (H.T.A).
