**KIRKLAND LAKE OPP MEDIA RELEASE**

Members of the Kirkland Lake Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with Temiskaming Victim Services and Temiskaming Health Unit would like to invite the public to the bike rodeo and auction. 

This year’s bike rodeo will take place at the Civic Park located on Tweedsmuir Road in the Town of Kirkland Lake on Saturday, May 12, 2018 and will run from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

At this year’s event there will be a helmet safety station, bike ID station and several skills station. The bike auction will begin at noon and there will be a fundraising barbeque for the public.

The participants will have to wear an helmet in order to participate in the rodeo. Rain or shine we hope to see you at the bike rodeo.
