**TIMMINS POLICE SERVICE NEWS RELEASE**

On the afternoon of April 9, 2018 at approximately 4:30 p.m., police responded to a collision at the intersection of Algonquin Blvd. and Hwy. 655.

Reports indicate that the collision occurred when a pick-up truck travelling eastbound struck another pick-up truck from behind. The collision involved a 27 year-old female and two month-old infant who fortunately did not sustain any injuries.

As a result of the collision, Paul Michael WICE, 29, of Matheson was charged with:
• Driving while ability impaired by drug

He was released on a Promise to Appear in court with a future court date of April 24, 2018 in the Ontario Court of Justice in Timmins.
