Rock-Gold Miners set for home-and-home

The Timmins Rock and Kirkland Lake Gold Miners will face off in exhibition action this weekend.

The first one is Friday night in Kirkland Lake at 7:30pm, while the Rock play host at the McIntyre Arena Saturday night at 7:30pm.

These are the only preseason games on the Rock schedule before hosting Kirkland Lake for their regular season opener on Saturday, September 10th.

Meantime, the Gold Miners will be part of the five-team “Polar Bear Classic” showcase in Cochrane September 1-4.
