Beatles Rock Weekend

92.1 ROCK’s celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Revolver with the “Beatles Rock Weekend.”  Revolver was the Beatles’ 7th studio album, released on August 5th, 1966 in the U.K. and three days later in the U.S. and included BIG hits like Eleanor Rigby, Yellow Submarine, Good Day Sunshine, and George’s Harrison’s Tax Man.  Classified as a pop revolution and psychedelic rock, it heralded the band’s progression as studio innovators.
