Timmins newest brewery is nearly ready to serve.

Full Beard Brewing is aiming for a fall launch in Timmins and owner, Jonathan St. Pierre says they’re looking for all the support you can give to help open the craft brewery.

“We’re looking to support from the community. If you talk to some of the city officials tell them we want to support Full Bear Brewing to create some jobs and have some fun.”

“We’re trying to move to our new location that we have now selected to the move the process with the city for the bylaw.  It basically allows us to brew in that location. Right now it’s commercial and we want to be light industrial commercial.”

St. Pierre says they’re revealing their new location within the city on Friday but until then they’re still being active in the community and at perfecting their signature craft beers.

“We have one that’s an IPA right now that we’ve been working on as a recipe and I’m more of an amber beer kinda guy with a little sweetness. To have two signature ones, that would be our headliners for beers and after that we can do whatever we want.”

St. Pierre is also proud all of the ingredients and most of their brewing company is coming from local sources.  He says the hops are from a farm near Matheson and says it’s a way to give back to the community.

Full Beard Brewing is also looking for your comments and suggestion.  You can do so by visiting their Facebook page here.
