Slowly but surely, Universal Pictures is moving ahead with
a “Battlestar Galactica” movie!
They’ve hired a writer
and they have a director in mind: Francis Lawrence
(who directed “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2.”)
There’s no timeline as to when Universal wants this project
to hit theatres.

New movies in town this weekend include
“Warcraft” and “The Conjuring 2”.
(“Warcraft” has already topped $90-million in China!)

Muhammad Ali’s public funeral will go today in Louisville.
The procession starts at 9 a.m. and the memorial at 2 p.m.
Sportsnet will be streaming the service if you wish to watch.
Muhammad Ali passed away at the age of 74.

Mel Gibson and Randall Wallace are teaming up again…for Jesus.
Wallace wrote ‘Braveheart’ which Mel Gibson directed
And now they’re working on a sequel to “The Passion of the Christ.”
It would be about the resurrection of Jesus.
“The Passion of the Christ” brought in over $370-million.
