“GOONIES” UPDATE! (…kinda.)
JAMES BOND MAY NOT BE PORTRAYED BY A CERTAIN ACTOR AFTER ALL!
BENEDICT CUMBERBATCH HAD A PROJECT PUSHED BACK BY A YEAR!
AND TWO TRAILERS TO PASS ALONG!

Sean Astin, who played Mikey in “The Goonies”,
talked about/hinted at a sequel for fans at Phoenix ComiCon.
He said that the original Goonies wouldn’t be the first time
that Mikey meets the pirate One Eyed Willie.
(He should just stick to the truffle shuffle.)

Doesn’t look like people will be cashing in on this as initially anticipated.
Tom Hiddleston told the crowd at
Philadelphia’s Wizard World Comic Con
he doesn’t expect the call to play James Bond
to be coming anytime soon.
It wasn’t that long ago that Hiddleston’s name
forced bookies in Europe to pull betting lines on him
becoming the next 007 because EVERYONE was wagering on it.

Benedict Cumberbatch is still voicing an animated remake of “The Grinch”
but the project has been pushed back a year.
Universal has set a target release date of November 9^th 2018.
No explanation has been given as to why.

This…actually makes a lot more sense than the original teaser.
“Yoga Hosers” stars Harley Quinn Smith (Kevin Smith’s daughter) and
Lily-Rose Melody Depp (Johnny Depp’s daughter)
AND is written/directed by Kevin Smith.
“Yoga Hosers” is due out July 29^th.

Yesterday we were talking about how “Zootopia” had crossed
the $1-billion mark globally and/or a sequel/t.v. show could be in the works.
