YOUR Timmins Rock look to start October on the right foot, and you can help them out by being loud and proud this Friday night at the McIntyre Arena!

Yes, it’s time to #ROCKtheMAC, as your Rock take on the Rayside-Balfour Canadians!

The Rock finished up September with a 3-4-1-0 record, good for 7PTS and 4th in the Eastern Division.
