The Penske File is a 3 piece band out of Burlington, with a sound reminiscent of the early works of Bands like Against Me!, The Bouncing Souls, and Gaslight Anthem. About to head across Canada before the release of their new album, Burn Into The Earth, due out June 2nd on Stomp Records. We talk with lead singer and guitarist Travis about writing too many songs for a record, working with Stomp Records, different recording styles, and we hear a single from 2013’s A Restless Symphony, “The Valley”.
