Train Derailment Near Gogama - Highway 144 (Updates)

Early Saturday Morning a train allegedly carrying crude oil just outside of Gogama on Highway 144 Derailed. Causing Highway 144 to close down from the Watershed at Highway 560 to Highway 101 with no detours.

There are no reports of immediate danger to Gogama, however many residents are complaining of fumes lingering over the town. Gogama has a roughly 60 percent elderly population.
